Anti-YEATS2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to YEATS2 from Antibodies.com is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples and detects endogenous levels of the YEATS2 protein.

The antibody was raised in Rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 393–438 of Human YEATS2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is of the IgG isotype. The YEATS2 target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 150 kDa.
