Anti-YBX1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, unconjugated and raised against YBX1 (also known as YB1). The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–55 of human YB-1/YBX1 (NP_004550.2). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified. The target molecular weight is 50 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:20–1:50. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
