Anti-YBX1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the Y-box binding protein 1 (YBX1), also referred to as YB-1. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), supported by 7 scientific validation images.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human YB-1/YBX1 (NP_004550.2). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 49 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:100–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
