Anti-YARS Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets YARS (Tyrosyl tRNA Synthetase). The polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and provided as an unconjugated preparation. It is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen is recombinant full-length Human YARS, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of YARS protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 59 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
