Anti-YARS Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets YARS, also known as Tyrosyl tRNA synthetase or TyrRS, reported to have a molecular weight of 59 kDa. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human YARS (NP_003671.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IP 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
