Anti-YAP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody, unconjugated and sold by Antibodies.com, raised against YAP1. The reagent is supplied as a liquid and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 72 kDa. The isotype is IgG and the concentration is lot specific.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 155-504 of human YAP1 (NP_001123617.1). The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000 IHC 1:50-1:200 ICC/IF 1:50-1:200 and IP 1:500-1:1,000.
