Anti-YAP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is specific for YAP1 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 155-504 of human YAP1 (NP_001123617.1), and the reagent is purified by affinity purification. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported molecular weight of 72 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200.
