Anti-YAP (Q295) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting YAP (Q295), supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence applications including ICC/IF. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 280-330 of Human YAP, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of YAP protein. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Observed molecular weight bands are approximately 38 and 67 kDa.

The product is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
