Anti-YAP (H122) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against YAP, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of human YAP as immunogen, and specifically detects endogenous levels of YAP protein.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein shows an apparent molecular weight of approximately 38 and 67 kDa.
