Anti-YAP Antibody

The recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com selectively detects Yes-Associated Protein (YAP), a downstream transcriptional co-activator of the Hippo tumor-suppressor pathway that controls organ growth, mechanotransduction, and contact inhibition. The reagent is raised against human YAP1 and is validated for western blot, immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and flow cytometry (FC) on human samples.
