Anti-XRN2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting XRN2, supplied by Antibodies.com in unconjugated form. The reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 90-134 of human XRN2 and is validated for Western blot (WB), reacting with human and mouse samples. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen and exhibits a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Specificity studies show that the antibody detects endogenous levels of XRN2 protein, with an expected molecular weight of approximately 110 kDa.
