Anti-XRN2 Antibody

Raised against XRN2 (5'-3' exoribonuclease 2), a conserved nuclear exoribonuclease that participates in RNA polymerase II transcription termination, ribosomal RNA maturation, and nuclear mRNA quality control pathways, the unconjugated reagent supplied by Antibodies.com is validated for Western Blot (WB) detection of the target in human and mouse samples. This primary antibody is produced in rabbit as a polyclonal preparation, giving recognition of multiple epitopes on XRN2 — an advantage when probing denatured protein in SDS-PAGE lysates. The product ships as a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, buffered to approximately pH 7.3.
