Anti-XRCC6 Antibody

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500–600 of human Ku70 (NP_001460.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100, ICC/IF 1:50–1:100, and IP 1:20–1:50. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
