Anti-XRCC6 (Acetyl-K338) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against XRCC6 and specifically recognises the protein only when acetylated at lysine 338. The immunogen is a synthetic acetylated peptide derived from human XRCC6 surrounding the K338 acetylation site, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of XRCC6 only in its acetylated form at Lys338.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, the unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein migrates at approximately 69 kDa.
