Anti-XRCC5 (phospho-T714) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human XRCC5 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 714. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of XRCC5 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr714. The observed molecular weight of the target is approximately 82 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
