Anti-XRCC5 (D708) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 680-720 of human XRCC5, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the XRCC5 protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied as 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein XRCC5 has a molecular weight of approximately 82 kDa, and the product is accompanied by two scientific images.
