Anti-XRCC5 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as an IgG, recognises XRCC5 (also known as Ku80). The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 543–732 of human Ku80 (NP_066964.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 86 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid (concentration is lot specific) in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Suggested starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:100–1:200, ICC/IF 1:20–1:100 and IP 1:50–1:200.
