Anti-XRCC5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the C-terminal region of human XRCC5 (Ku80), a DNA repair protein also known as the 86 kDa subunit of ATP-dependent DNA helicase II. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the IgG fraction affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples, where it recognises endogenous levels of total XRCC5 protein.
