Anti-XRCC4 Antibody

XRCC4 functions in the canonical non-homologous end joining (c-NHEJ) pathway, where it partners with DNA Ligase IV and XRCC4-like factor (XLF) to reseal DNA double-strand breaks, and is also required for V(D)J recombination and immunoglobulin class switch recombination in developing lymphocytes.
