Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to XRCC4, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human and mouse samples. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human XRCC4 — with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of XRCC4 protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa.
