Anti-XRCC4 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against XRCC4 and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is supplied as a liquid preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

Produced by immunisation with a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–336 of human XRCC4 (NP_071801.1), the antibody is affinity-purified and has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles; concentration is reported as lot specific.
