Anti-XRCC2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against XRCC2, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and validated for use on human samples. The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human XRCC2 and detects endogenous levels of total XRCC2 protein.

Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C; aliquot upon delivery and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
