Anti-XRCC2 Antibody

Each vial is supplied at 50 µl at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺ added. The antibody is unconjugated, allowing researchers to pair it with their preferred secondary detection reagents, and is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. As a polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit, it provides broad epitope coverage of XRCC2, the DNA-repair factor involved in homologous recombination, making it suitable for studies of genome stability and DNA-damage response in cultured cells and tissue specimens.
