Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting XRCC1 (G552), supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is raised in a Rabbit host and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 520–570 of Human XRCC1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of XRCC1 protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 80 kDa, and the antibody purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
