Anti-XRCC1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets the X-ray repair cross-complementing protein 1 (XRCC1) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human XRCC1 and affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography; in its final formulation it contains rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and recognizes endogenous levels of total XRCC1 in samples from human, mouse, and rat origin. For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
