Anti-XRCC1 Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human XRCC1, providing specific detection of endogenous X-ray repair cross-complementing protein 1. Provided as a 50 µL aliquot at 1 mg/mL, the polyclonal antibody is supplied in liquid form in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and ships unconjugated for maximum flexibility in assay design. It has been validated for ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse and rat samples, making it well suited to DNA damage response and base-excision repair studies across multiple model systems. The antibody detects endogenous levels of XRCC1 and is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide.
