Anti-XRCC1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against the XRCC1 protein. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The target XRCC1 has a reported molecular weight of 82 kDa. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 480–633 of human XRCC1 (NP_006288.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity-purified. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:100–1:500 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Four scientific validation images are provided.
