Anti-XPR1 Antibody

XPR1 is a multipass transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor that functions as the principal cellular exporter of inorganic phosphate, linking phosphate homeostasis to receptor signaling. Loss-of-function variants in the XPR1 gene have been identified as a cause of primary familial brain calcification, making anti-XPR1 antibodies useful research tools for studying phosphate metabolism, vascular calcification, and related neurodegenerative disease models.
