Anti-XPO6 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets XPO6. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and has been validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 290-530 of human XPO6 (NP_055986.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid, with concentration described as lot specific, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 140 kDa. Following affinity purification, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. The recommended dilution range for Western Blot is 1:500-1:2,000.
