Anti-XPO5 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes XPO5 (Exportin-5). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications in human, mouse, and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer datasheet, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 925–1204 of human Exportin-5 (NP_065801.1). The reagent is supplied as a liquid with a reported molecular weight of 125 kDa, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF, and 1:50–1:200 for IP.

The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
