Anti-XPO1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this anti-XPO1 antibody recognizes Exportin 1 (also called CRM1), the principal nuclear export receptor that shuttles leucine-rich NES-bearing cargo proteins and ribonucleoprotein complexes from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. The unconjugated antiserum is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human and mouse samples, and is used in studies of nucleocytoplasmic trafficking, mitotic regulation, apoptosis, and oncogenic signaling.

Because XPO1 overexpression is recurrent across multiple cancers and XPO1 itself is the molecular target of clinically evaluated nuclear export inhibitors such as selinexor, this reagent is frequently referenced in hematological malignancy research, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia and multiple myeloma, as well as in solid tumor investigations.

Supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated polyclonal antiserum, the antibody probes endogenous XPO1 in cell lysates and localizes the export factor in formalin-fixed tissue sections. For long-term stability, store working aliquots frozen at -20 °C and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity across experiments.
