Anti-XPO1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets XPO1 (also referred to as CRM1). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1000 to the C-terminus of human CRM1/XPO1 (NP_003391.1) and is affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 123 kDa, and concentration is reported as lot specific.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The recommended working dilution for Western blot is 1:500-1:1,000. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
