Anti-XPNPEP2 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting XPNPEP2/mAPP. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22-240 of human XPNPEP2 (NP_003390.4), and the antibody has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 76 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.

The recommended working dilution for Western blot is 1:1,000-1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
