Anti-XPC Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and targets XPC. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunoprecipitation (IP) applications and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 700-940 of human XPC (NP_004619.3), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 130 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and IP: 1:50-1:100.
