Anti-XPA (H244) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody (H244) raised against XPA, available from Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 215–260 of human XPA, and the antibody is raised in rabbit. It is unconjugated and detects endogenous levels of XPA protein.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 31 and 39 kDa.
