Anti-XPA Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and directed against the XPA target. The polyclonal reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

Reactivity covers Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the antibody was generated using recombinant full-length human XPA as the immunogen, detecting endogenous levels of XPA protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein migrates at ~33 kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
