Anti-XIAP (G81) Antibody

The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of human XIAP, and it detects endogenous levels of XIAP protein, with an expected molecular weight of approximately 57 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the final purity exceeds 95% by SDS-PAGE. Three scientific validation images support the product.
