XCL1 (also called lymphotactin or SCM-1) is the sole member of the C chemokine family and signals through the XCR1 receptor to drive migration of dendritic cells, NK cells, and specific lymphocyte subsets during immune responses. Researchers studying chemokine biology, cytotoxic T-cell trafficking, NK-cell activity, or inflammatory cell recruitment need a specific reagent to localize this small secreted protein, and unconjugated polyclonal antibodies remain the standard tool for that work.

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as a full IgG molecule, unconjugated in a 200 µl volume so it can be paired with any compatible fluorophore-labeled secondary antibody. It is validated for immunofluorescence (IF) on human samples, which makes it well matched to fixed-cell imaging, confocal microscopy, and multi-label experiments where chemokine-producing cells are characterized alongside lineage or activation markers.

Because the target is human-reactive and supplied unconjugated, the antibody suits staining of cultured primary lymphocytes, NK cell lines, and inflamed tissue sections where XCL1 expression is mapped at the single-cell level. For storage, keep refrigerated in aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding activity over multiple experiments.
