Anti-XCL1 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-XCL1 Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent that targets human XCL1, the C-class chemokine also referred to as lymphotactin or SCM-1, which is secreted predominantly by activated CD8+ T cells, NK cells, and mast cells to recruit lymphocytes expressing the XCR1 receptor.

Provided as 100 µl of unconjugated antibody in a vial suitable for immunofluorescence workflows, this primary reagent can be paired with labeled secondary antibodies for direct or amplified detection of XCL1 in fixed cells, tissue cryosections, and ex vivo lymphocyte preparations.

The polyclonal composition allows recognition of multiple epitopes across the XCL1 molecule, which is useful when working with human samples where single-clone coverage may miss variants or processed forms. Research applications include mapping XCL1 distribution in lymphoid tissue, characterizing tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, and studying chemokine gradients in inflammation or viral infection models.
