Anti-XCL1/2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting XCL1 is available from Antibodies.com. Designed to detect XCL1/2, this unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is validated for use in Western Blot (WB) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human XCL1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of XCL1/2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at an approximate pH of 7.3.

Purity is established at > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum via affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 13 kDa. One scientific validation image supports this reagent.
