Anti-XBP1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets XBP1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 300–376 of human XBP1 (NP_001073007.1), with the immunogen sequence SVKEEPVEDDLVPELGISNLLSSSHCPKPSSCLLDAYSDCGYGGSLSPFSDMSSLLGVNHSWEDTFANELFPQLISV. It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Reported molecular weight bands are 35 kDa, 55 kDa, and 60 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific, and the product is backed by 3 scientific validation images.
