Anti-WWP1 Antibody

An affinity-purified polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit against WWP1 (WW domain-containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1), a HECT-type ligase of the NEDD4 family. WWP1 catalyzes ubiquitin transfer onto substrates bearing PPXY or related proline-rich motifs and has been implicated in regulating transcription factors, PTEN stability, Smad signaling, and bone homeostasis through RUNX2.
