Anti-WT1-AS Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets WT1-AS, the natural antisense transcript linked to the WT1 tumor suppressor locus, and is offered for research use only in studies of antisense-mediated gene regulation. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, the reagent is validated for Western blot detection and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling cross-species work in cancer biology and developmental research. Each vial contains 100 µl of liquid at 1 mg/ml, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, ready for dilution into standard immunoblotting buffers.
