Anti-WT1 Antibody

This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against WT1 (Wilms Tumor Protein). It is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is supplied unconjugated.

It was raised using a recombinant protein of human WT1 as the immunogen and purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. In validation it detects the endogenous level of total WT1 protein. The reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.
