Anti-WT1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com directed against the Wilms Tumor Protein (WT1). The reagent is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation. It is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is listed for use in Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence (IF).

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–302 of human WT1 (UniProt P19544). The detected target protein migrates at a reported molecular weight of 47–60 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific.

For Western Blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is provided. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
