WRNIP1 is a Werner helicase-interacting protein that participates in DNA replication fork protection and the DNA damage response pathway. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against human WRNIP1 and is validated for western blot detection in research samples.
Supplied as 200 µl of antibody in vial format, the reagent supports investigations into genome stability, RAD51-mediated homologous recombination, and replication fork stress. For best results, aliquot the antibody upon arrival and store at -20 °C to preserve activity across freeze-thaw cycles, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw of the working stock. The unconjugated format also enables flexible pairing with custom secondary antibodies, fluorophores, or enzymes depending on the western blot workflow.
