Anti-WRN Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Werner's syndrome helicase WRN and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human samples and is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1223–1432 of human WRN (NP_000544.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 200 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and is recommended for WB at dilutions of 1:200–1:1,000.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
