Anti-WNT7B Antibody

A polyclonal antibody preparation raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of human WNT7B. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IF.

Affinity purification was used to isolate the antibody, which was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 120–349 of human WNT7B (NP_478679.1). The target is reported at a molecular weight of 39 kDa.
