Anti-WNT5B Antibody

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 120–359 of human WNT5B (NP_116031.1). The target protein is reported to have a molecular weight of 45 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
