WNT3A is a secreted signaling glycoprotein in the Wnt ligand family that activates the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway through Frizzled receptors and LRP5/6 co-receptors. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the WNT3A target and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples. Supplied as 100 µl in a vial of polyclonal antiserum, the antibody supports studies in developmental biology, stem cell maintenance, and oncogenesis where β-catenin-dependent transcriptional programs are examined. Researchers probing embryogenesis, tissue patterning, or cancer cell signaling can use the reagent to detect endogenous WNT3A protein in fixed tissue sections and western blots, complementing downstream readouts such as β-catenin stabilization and target gene activation. The unconjugated format provides flexibility for custom labelling or signal amplification strategies, and the polyclonal nature increases the likelihood of recognizing multiple epitopes on the WNT3A precursor and processed ligand forms.
